About the role

You will be required to design and deliver behavioral, job specific, awareness, regulatory and developmental trainings, workshops and seminars for QACC employees and its contract staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and report training effectiveness by collating feedback from training sessions delivered by various departments and sharing feedback with the trainers ensuring departments are complying with necessary training standards set by the company.
  • Perform, support and liaise training administration activities in order to ensure all training attendance has been recorded on the Learning Management System.
  • Delivering behavioral training programs as per the training needs of the organization.
  • Plan and supervise timely and orderly action of all pre and post-training activities taking place within other departments.
  • Assist in conducting training audits to ensure departments are conducting regular trainings as published in the training matrix and complying with maintenance of necessary training records.
  • Participate in analyzing departmental development needs and in creating job specific training programs in coordination with the Subject Matter Experts to ensure all training programs are created as per the required Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Participate in analyzing organization's development needs and in creating behavioral and management trainings as required.
  • Participate in presenting new training content audio-visual / training aids etc. to enhance learning experience and training effectiveness.
  • Ensure that existing training modules, audio-visual / training aids etc. are comprehensive, relevant, updated, effective, accurate and presentable.
  • Assist in writing, organizing and maintaining training materials such as presentations, manuals, instructor and participant guides, handouts, training activities and other training documents/records.
  • Identify and suggest performance enhancement measures within the section as well as across the organization.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience.

     

  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Learning Management System.

     

     

  • Train the Trainer Certificate - highly preferred.
     
  • Experience in conducting/supervising training in a multi-cultural environment.
