We are currently recruiting for the role of Senior Operations Agent based in Ahmedabad, India.

The Senior Operations Agent would be responsible for all tasks related to the booking process whether it is an Inbound or an Outbound booking and done from QR Holidays Doha or QR Holidays in Outstations. Provides appropriate holiday information to the customer with the highest level of customer service and as per QR Holidays Operations process. Customer support for QRH operations at all touch points.

Responsibilities:

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

·       Attend all inquires as per agreed booking and services processes as well as time frames.

·       Identify the customer’s needs and provide suitable holiday information in a confident and efficient manner.

·       Assist customers with check-in and immigration formalities for transit city tour and stopover products.

·       Issue documentation required for transit city tour and stopover products.

·       Ensure customer receives the highest level of service excellence at all points of contact. Maintain prompt communication with the customer towards conversion of the inquiry. Be responsible for ensuring that ground service provider punctuality.

·       Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

·       Use of online booking engine whenever possible or use the offline work process templates provided for booking.

·       Benchmark and compare suppliers’ price and availability options while costing.

·       Provide a quotation clearly mentioning the inclusions, exclusions, terms and conditions applicable.

·       Follow up to obtain customer’s acceptance.

·       For Doha bookings submit visa application – when required – and once approved, provide it to customer well in advance. Assure the customer know the terms and conditions for the same.

·       Check flights match the accommodation check-in and check-out dates and times.

·       Verify that the accommodation booked/confirmed is as per the request (type of room, view, occupancy and any extra service booked).

·       Ensure the rest of activities co-relate to the itinerary.

·       Verify that the documents issued matched the booking made before handover.

·       Ensure that all EMDs are issued timely and correctly.

·       Issue documentation after full payment is received.
