About the Role

As a Senior Data Entry Agent (QOSMOS), you will play a key role in supporting Catering Services operations by ensuring accurate system data and seamless coordination across stakeholders.

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

  • Accurately inputting and maintaining all menu and operational data in the QOSMOS system across all global catering locations.
  • Reviewing, validating, and amending system data to ensure alignment with agreed standards, costs, and operational requirements.
  • Managing and clearing pending documents, tasks, and Voyage Reports (VRs) within QOSMOS in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to clarify ambiguities and ensure correct, complete, and compliant data entry.
  • Supporting catering financial, procurement, and contract administration processes, including CMS updates and Urgent Approvals.
  • Providing administrative coordination support, including meeting arrangements, documentation, shared drive management, and reporting.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and ways of working.
  • Supporting emergency response activities and major operational disruptions affecting Qatar Airways or its subsidiaries when required.

Qualification

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

  • High School Qualification with a minimum of 2 years of job related experience, or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of job related experience.
  • Previous experience in document control, data entry, or system driven administrative roles within an operational environment.
  • Strong system aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and enterprise systems such as QOSMOS or HRMS.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to accurately process, review, and maintain critical operational data.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and remain calm under pressure in fast paced operational settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Professional, team oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
