Senior Cargo Account Executive - Dammam

About the Role:
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Cargo Sales team in Dammam, KSA as Senior Cargo Account Executive.
In this role, you shall be responsible for managing relationships with Qatar Airways Cargo’s freight forwarder accounts. Developing a successful, consistent approach to local and multinational dealing, which drives maximum revenue and minimum cost of sale. It also includes gaining maximum value for the airline from any agreements that exist between to the two parties.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with Qatar Airways Cargo’s’ top local/global freight forwarders and shippers.
Prepare an account development plan to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term mutual benefits.
Contribute to the formulation and implementation of QR Cargo sales strategy to maximize short- and long-term revenue opportunities, reduce cost of sale and generate divarication where needed.
Ensure focus and activities prioritize high yield sales and profitability maximization.
Review QR Cargo sales data with account portfolio to drive revenue and seek out tactical revenue opportunities.
Manage and co-ordinate projects and initiatives on behalf of area of responsibility.
Develop tactical sales activity in support of sales opportunities.
Maintain sales professionalism standards.
Provide regular Market Intelligence and feedback from customers and competitors.
Represent QR Cargo at trade events, promotions and sales functions.
Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualification
To be considered for this role you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
Experience in Cargo airline sales.
Experience in negotiating.
Good understanding of Cargo Systems.
Influencing skills in order to deal with internal and external customers.
Good command of English language.
