Qatar Airways is pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Security team as a Security Operations Coordinator to be based in Ahmedabad, India.
This role is Responsible for overseeing the physical security of all QR commercial properties in Ahmedabad, India. 
Key responsibilities include:
-    Perform daily quality inspections to ensure that security measures within QR commercial buildings in Ahmadabad are implemented and that there are no deviations from QR standards.
-    Address all daily requests related to security issues from both internal and external stakeholders.
-    Investigate all security incidents and occurrences impacting QR buildings and their occupants, conducting interviews with staff and third-party service providers regarding these incidents. 
-    Manage the physical security of QR commercial properties in Ahmedabad, and report any issues related to electronic security systems to the concerned departments. 
-    Collaborate with local authorities on all investigations concerning QR commercial properties and their occupants. 
-    Coordinate with QR stakeholders regarding security personnel arrangements for QR events. 
-    Assist teams in the ongoing review of QR Corporate Security Operations Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend necessary updates to ensure they remain updated and effective.  
-    Monitor the performance of security service providers daily to guarantee high standards of service delivery

Qualifications


About You
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience. 
•    Holding valid Indian Driver License
•    Has knowledge about Corporate Security Operations. 
•    Familiarity and experience in investigative procedures
•    Proven experience managing day-to-day security operations within a corporate office. This includes implementing security policies, procedures, and post orders
•    Good interpersonal and communication skills 
•    Ability to deal with government agencies and stakeholders 
•    Ability to schedule, priorities work 
•    Good written & spoken English language Computer literate, with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft office and Oracle
