About the role
As the Recruitment Operations Office, you will provide specialised expertise; deliver ad hoc projects, technical knowledge and training to all staff and areas within the Recruitment Operations Department. Accountable for the consistent delivery of key services, quality control, implementation of standard practices, QR policies, continuous improvement, candidates' information delivery.
Your responsibilities
Operational:
Develop expertise about the operations of the business they support, about QR Group, HR and Recruitment Operations standard practices and policies
Contribute to the development and documentation of the processes and key information relevant to their area
Initiate the assigned requests for exceptional approvals when required Perform regular auditing of all candidates tracking databases and the weekly reports to identify any inconsistencies.
Suggest mechanisms in order to reduce the errors and escalate repetitive issues to the higher management.
Produce regular reports, share the team metrics and ensure the team understands the implication of their work and their contribution to results
Responsible for the information/communication delivered to all our candidates via Applicant Tracking System; ensure that the information is in accordance with all the changes in policies and procedures, as per QR standards and presented in a professional but in the same time inspirational way; working closely with the Recruitment Systems Team
Coordinate within internal HR department such as HR Admin, HR Payroll and IT to troubleshoot the issues during the SMAs, Offer and Onboarding related issues.
Coordinate with external TA Vendors to support TA management in developing system enhancement
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About You:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience OR High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
Experience working in an HR, recruitment, call centre or shared services environment.
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
Preferred
Knowledge in Talent Acquisition systems either as an implementer or admin
Previous Middle East work experience in a large multi-national company Experience working with government/ immigration bureaucracies and processes
Preferred degree in HR field. Experience in the Aviation or Travel industries Knowledge of Qatar government bureaucracies and immigration processes
