About the role
An exciting opportunity for Program Manager to work under MRO Programs. 
Responsible for the managing and developing strategies for MRO areas as per the assigned portfolio. Assess and develop strong strategy and interfacing with senior management to ensure the best value for the company in line with its strategic, financial and operational requirements. Lead the team toward achieving set goals and objectives while ensuring compliance and high professional standards are maintained. This role will act as change agent and an expert in understanding and implementing change management and organizational dynamics. 

Operational Accountabilities

  • Support the implementation of an innovative and comprehensive plan by coordinating the successful delivery of projects.
  • Deliver insights and analytics that support better decision making and drive an enhanced service experience, by orchestrating the delivery of business intelligence dashboards in collaboration with the FBI team. 
  • Review and map current processes for the assigned portfolio to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. 
  • Provide guidance to the assigned portfolio to ensure the implementation of Service Level Agreements, Operating Level Agreements and internal service standards.
  • Implement an effective Service Delivery Model and stakeholder management framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end to end process transparency and functional excellence measures (externally benchmarked).
  • Ensure core policy compliance and process controls are in place as a service foundation.
  • Introduce continuous improvement projects to implement high quality processes built to scale and flex, driving down cost and improving service.
  • Execute medium to large scale cross-functional projects to improve speed, enhance value and build healthy professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct Value stream and continuous improvement assessment of mapped processes in order to maximize efficiency. 
  • Apply standard reporting format and commentary standards, (i.e., timely delivery of performance packs for all service lines to enable strategic decision making).
  • Support middle management with the communication, engagement and change management for MRO. 
  • Prepare Management Action plan for the Internal Audit actions, ensuring on time response and actions aligned to observation themes/ trending.
  • Apply digital/ technology solutions to improve efficiency, control and remove manual work.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualification

Qualification and experience

  • High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 9 years of job-related experience. OR

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience.

  • Strong leadership and business/performance mindset, with outstanding capabilities of negotiation and influence.

  • Hands-on, at ease in both strategic and operational activities, and managing ambiguity.

  • Proven track record in leading projects and engaging teams.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyze large amounts of data in order to extract relevant information and identify patterns.

  • Structured and effective way of working with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Excellent change management, influencing skills and problem-solving skills.

  • Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. 

  • Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
