Description

The Planning & Records Officer is responsible for creating and maintaining the required Work Cards and Work Instructions originated from AMPs, SBs, ADs, EOs, ESWC or other approved engineering data and documents in accordance with the OEM approved data and QCAA.

Main Duties:

  • Creating and reviewing and maintaining work cards in Airworthiness System.
  • Clarifying queries relating to Maintenance work packages and auditing completed work packs.
  • Maintaining component records and updating time control system and defects in Airworthiness systems.
  • Updating and reviewing Aircraft, Engine Modification/Repair e-Logbooks.
  • Preparing aircraft status reports for ARC Inspection and MDR audits.
  • Participating in internal and external audits of Planning Records.
  • Support maintaining ADs in time control system
  • Clarifying queries and liaising with other departments regarding technical records 
  • Administering technical records and archives
  • Monitoring stocks of stationary documents (i.e. logbooks)
  • Preparation and issue of monthly reports (i.e. Aircraft Maintenance Status Report, QAF Monthly Fleet Status Report).
  • Supporting Airworthiness Manager and Senior Manager CAMO in regards to their duties.
     

Qualification

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Aeronautical or equivalent.
  • Four (4) years’ Experience in Planning and records  department of Rotor Wing Operation.
  • Working Proficiency in Trax/AMOS.
  • Solid general aviation knowledge of Helicopters.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). 
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks with precision, consistency and attention to detail.
