About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead the development and growth of Qatar Airways’ Point-to-Point (P2P) business from Doha. This role focuses on driving revenue, optimizing route performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience across direct markets. You will own the commercial strategy for P2P routes, ensuring sustainable growth through data-driven decisions, strong stakeholder collaboration, and innovative sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Ownership: Define and execute the P2P strategy for Doha-origin routes, ensuring alignment with network objectives and revenue targets.
- Revenue Optimization: Monitor route performance, identify opportunities, and implement tactical actions to maximize profitability and market share.
- Market Development: Drive acquisition and retention of key customers and partners within P2P markets, leveraging insights to tailor solutions and offers.
- Sales Leadership: Lead negotiations and commercial discussions with partners and agencies to secure competitive positioning and incremental revenue.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver seamless execution of P2P initiatives.
- Performance Management: Set clear KPIs, track progress, and report on commercial performance to senior stakeholders.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with trade partners and corporate clients to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Introduce creative approaches to pricing, distribution, and partnerships to strengthen Qatar Airways’ P2P proposition.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Global Sales team.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA or Master's preferred).
· 6+ years of experience managing corporate sales portfolio within the Airlines / Travel industry.
· Strong understanding and demonstrated of account management as a global level.
· Possess skills in analysis and interpreting analysis for business decisions.
· Possess ability to manage multiple external accounts in various stages of development.
· Exceptional communication & presentation skills
· Possess the ability to work under pressure & independently.
