About the Role:
We are pleased to announce an opportunity to join the best private jet brand, Qatar Executive as Manager Commercial Strategy & Transformation – QE in Sales and Charter Solutions department.
This role will coordinate with QE Leadership team in development, planning and execution of Qatar Executive’s commercial strategy and transformation agenda. The role is accountable for translating strategy into structured delivery plans, leading commercial transformation initiatives and ensuring prioritized, data driven execution across the QE commercial function.
Accountabilities include, but not limited to:
Strategic
- Facilitate development and refinement of Qatar Executive’s commercial and growth strategy, to ensure leadership decisions are underpinned by robust analysis, scenarios and recommendations.
- Translate strategic objectives into prioritized delivery roadmaps, to enable effective execution across sales, pricing, partnerships and commercial operations.
- Identify optimization and improvement opportunities across the commercial value chain, to enhance revenue quality, yield, margin and customer value.
Operational:
- Own the planning, prioritization and tracking of QE commercial transformation portfolio, to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and with measurable business impact.
- Lead implementation of commercial systems, tools and analytics platforms, including CRM, pricing, forecasting and performance management tools, to improve scalability, data quality and decision making speed.
- Coordinate delivery of commercial initiatives across Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT and external partners, to ensure integrated execution and minimal operational disruption.
- Develop business cases, benefits tracking and post implementation reviews, to ensure value realization from commercial investments.
- Support identification of synergy opportunities across the wider Qatar Airways Group, to maximize value creation and alignment.
Management & Leadership:
- Establish the department or teams’ objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.
- Regularly evaluate the department or team’s objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and make appropriate changes if needed.
- Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Train and develop other employees, to ensure succession planning is in place.

Qualification
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 6–9 years’ experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, pricing, revenue management, management consulting or similarly analytical commercial roles.
- Demonstrated experience supporting strategy development and leading the delivery of cross functional commercial or transformation initiatives.
Preferred:
- Exposure to aviation, premium travel or other asset intensive industries.
- Experience implementing commercial systems, tools or structured transformation programmes.
Job Specific Skills
Essential:
- Strong analytical and numerical capability, with ability to structure complex problems.
- Solid understanding of commercial strategy, sales and pricing concepts.
- Proven project and programme management skills, including planning, prioritisation and execution.
- High proficiency in commercial systems, data tools, dashboards and analytical platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to operate across functions.
- Excellent command of English.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM, pricing, forecasting or performance management tools.
- Familiarity with structured or agile transformation methodologies.
