About the Role

As an F&B Projects Officer, you will provide structured support across the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of catering projects and initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with governance, quality, and operational standards.
Your role will support effective project delivery through strong stakeholder collaboration, accurate reporting, and proactive risk management, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within Catering Services.
 

As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

• Support end-to-end execution of catering projects, from initiation through to closure, ensuring delivery in line with approved plans and governance standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, tasks, and dependencies to ensure smooth project progression.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution. 
• Maintain and manage project documentation including schedules, risk logs, action trackers, and status reports.
• Prepare dashboards, project updates, and executive summaries for leadership and key stakeholders. 
• Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks, internal policies, and PMO standards. and business case development for new initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of service enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables aligned to business objectives. 
• Perform other department duties as required by the Head of the Department.
