We are currently recruiting for Customer Research Insights Officer, within Corporate Customer Care in Doha.

In this role, you will provide support to the Senior Officer Customer Research Insights in all research activities conducted by the Customer Care Department for all relevant stakeholders by gathering the required information and preparing the needed reports. Support in analyzing the results of the reports and provide to the Management that will help in further decision making..

Key Accountabilities:
• Provide support to the Senior Officer Customer Research Insights by engaging and reviewing the flexible dashboards to ensure continues improvement of the dashboards.
• Share Customer insights and research results with Customer Care management team, and whenever applicable and beneficial with other Business units accordingly.
• Support the team and Senior Officer Customer Research Insights in customizing research methodologies as per Customer Care and Business units' requirements.
• Support the Senior Officer Customer Research Insights in delivering the KPI measurements and dashboards, conduct regular internal reports in order to review results, and monitor performance.
• Perform competitor research insights and present it to the Senior Officer Customer Research Insights order to understand the key priorities.
• Work with IT when required or in the absence of Senior Officer Customer Research Insights to improve research data quality, data collection mechanisms, and data usage.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Psychology, Social Sciences Statistics, Applied Computer Science or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years job-related experience.

Job Specific Skills
Essential
• Expert skills in Microsoft office.
• Specialist skills in different analytical and visualization systems and tools such as SAS, SPSS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAP BOBJ, etc.
• Skills in data extraction, transformation and visual analytics.
• Database modelling skills and client management skills
• Data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to create great working relationship with all levels and across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to coordinate projects with multiple teams.
• Excellent analytical and computer skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Command of English language.
