About the Role:

We are pleased to announce an opportunity to join the best private jet brand, Qatar Executive as Commercial Sales & Optimization Manager – QE in Sales and Charter Solutions department.

This role will support the QE Leadership Team by optimizing commercial sales, pricing and revenue performance. The role is accountable for driving data led sales planning, pricing optimization and revenue management activities, supporting day to day commercial performance and providing analytical insight to improve yield, utilization and commercial outcomes.

Accountabilities include, but not limited to:

Operational:

• Support commercial sales and pricing strategy through analysis and recommendations, to improve revenue quality and commercial effectiveness.

• Contribute to development of pricing frameworks, sales policies and optimization approaches, to ensure consistency, governance and profitability.

• Facilitate sales planning, pricing and revenue management activities, to optimize yield, utilization and commercial performance.

• Conduct pricing, margin and demand analysis, to support tactical and strategic pricing decisions.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance across broker and direct channels, to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.

• Support management of block hour agreements, pricing structures and performance tracking, to maximize profitability and utilization.

• Maintain and enhance pricing models, revenue tools and optimization systems, to support efficient commercial execution.

• Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualification

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

• 4–7 years’ experience in sales, pricing, revenue management, commercial analysis or sales operations roles.

• Hands on experience supporting sales performance, pricing decisions or revenue optimization activities.

Preferred:

• Exposure to aviation, premium travel, charter or asset intensive commercial environments.

• Experience working closely with sales teams, brokers or customer facing commercial functions.

Job Specific Skills

Essential:

• Strong analytical and numerical capability, with attention to detail.

• Good working knowledge of sales processes, pricing structures and revenue optimization concepts.

• Ability to analyze sales, pricing and demand data to generate actionable insights.

• Proficiency in commercial tools, pricing models, spreadsheets and reporting dashboards.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with sales and commercial stakeholders.

• Excellent command of English.

Preferred:

• Experience with pricing tools, CRM systems or revenue management platforms.

• Exposure to optimization techniques, demand forecasting or yield management concepts.
