About the Role:
As Manager Image and Style under Cabin Services, you will ensure the highest standards of image and style are maintained for our Cabin Crew and Cabin Services employees. You will be responsible for creating, monitoring, delivering, and managing all image-related processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update and manage the Cabin Crew/Cabin Services image and style objectives
Lead the implementation of policies and procedures related to image ensuring that they are maintained at optimum levels.
- Develop, implement, and oversee policies and procedures for staff image and uniforms.
- Maintain and update image and style manuals and training programs to enhance the knowledge of image standards.
- Oversee and conduct image checks and ensure compliance with industry-leading standards.
- Collaborate with uniform service providers and internal stakeholders to enhance uniform quality and availability.
- Provide coaching, presentations, and refreshers on image and style.
- Support marketing events and special projects with image and style expertise.
- Manage departmental budgets and contribute to strategic planning.
Perform other departmental duties related to his/her position as directed by Head of the Department.

Qualifications
About You
We are seeking a passionate, innovative, and experienced professional to join our Cabin Services Team.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of job-related experience, or High School/Vocational Diploma with 9 years of job-related experience.
· Certifications in make-up, beauty and skin care, with knowledge of dermatology.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate and demonstrate sessions on make-up, image and deportment.
· Up-to-date knowledge and skills on skin care, make-up application and well-being of physical health.
· Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
· Proficient in MS Office Applications.
· Proven ability to act as a role model in image management and provide consultation to all front-line staff.
· Ability to solve problems and make informed decisions.
· Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
