Business Delivery Specialist - Medical Operations

About the Role

As a part of the Group Health and Medical Services team, this role is expected to support line manager in ensuring seamless and efficient operations within all QR medical facilities by optimizing resources, improving patient care, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The focus is on driving continuous improvement in operational performance, patient safety, and service quality across Group Health & Medical Services. Additionally, this role involves tracking the manager's operational tasks and providing support when needed to ensure that the job is delivered on time and meets the expected standards.

Your duties would include:

• Collaborate closely with your line manager to contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for the department.

• Assist teams in executing and implementing expansion plans, ensuring that our operational goals align with the overall organizational strategy to optimize patient care services.

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and service delivery.

• Work with line manager to develop and execute strategies aimed at improving the quality of patient care and operational efficiency.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make necessary adjustments.

• Work with both medical and administrative staff to enhance the patient experience and satisfaction.

• Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor budgetary expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings and financial efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Implement staff development programs to enhance skills and performance.

• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of administrative and support staff to ensure smooth business operations.

• Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to improve skills and knowledge.

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
