Application Support Engineer

About the role:
The Application Support Engineer is responsible to provide advanced level development and support for our enterprise software applications. The role requires working independently on development, enhancement and automation projects, serving as the Level 2/3 technical escalation point.
Main duties include but not limited to:
* Provide technical and functional support for E-Business Suite modules (GL, AP, FA, AP, CM, HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Inventory and Purchasing).
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement system enhancements, Integrations and customizations.
* Design and build low-code web application with Oracle Apex.
* Ensure data integrity and security for enterprise applications.
* Executing incident and change management protocols to ensure application stability.
* Perform other department duties or projects related to Employee’s position as directed by the IT Management.
Qualification
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications, experience and skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
* 8+ years of IT experience.
* PL/SQL, Alerts and Workflow development (personalization and extensions).
* Experience using Oracle EBS open interface APIs and Oracle Forms & Report Developer.
* OA Framework development, Experience with XML processing using Oracle PL/SQL functions.
* Building WEB ADI Integrator applications, Oracle workflow integration and AME highly desired.
* Core APEX framework & low coding skills highly desired.
