Aircraft Mechanic - Line Maintenance

About the role
We are recruiting for Aircraft Mechanic– Line Maintenance to be based in Doha, Qatar. 

If you are a dynamic and result driven professional with a passion for Aircrafts. We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic who will deliver Aircraft Maintenance services to support the operational requirements as directed by their supervisor. To ensure all maintenance and related activities are performed in accordance with the company/customer procedures and supplied aircraft maintenance data.

Specific responsibilities of the role include:
Operational
•    Perform aircraft walk around inspections and routine servicing of airframe and engine systems in full compliance with applicable manufacturer manuals and airport authority regulations.
•    Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electrically powered equipment. Interpret and follow instruction manuals for the correct and safe use of hydraulic and electrical rigs utilized in aircraft system servicing.
•    Read and understand technical documentation, including manufacturer manuals (e.g., AMM, FIM, IPC), to carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks. Ensure full compliance with company procedures as defined in relevant manuals (e.g., Technical Procedures Manuals, Safety Manuals, SOPs).
•    Carry out removal and installation of aircraft components within a line maintenance environment. Assist licensed engineers with inspections as required and communicate aircraft defects clearly and accurately to supervisors.
•    Demonstrate a customer focused approach by supporting the highest standards of safety, passenger comfort, and operational on time performance.
•    Obtain and maintain, where required, a valid airport vehicle operating permit. Adhere to all airport operating procedures and regulations when operating vehicles and specialized ground support equipment.
•    Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Support the safe performance of duties by junior or newly appointed mechanics, providing guidance, training, and mentoring as directed through the PPM (People Performance Management) system.
•    Actively contribute to and promote a positive safety culture within the line maintenance environment. Report safety concerns or deficiencies promptly and ensure that all tools and servicing equipment are maintained in a serviceable condition. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and tool control at all times.
•    Maintain a high level of attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct in line with company expectations.
