Qatar Airways is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to support our Leisure and Corporate sales programme across the Nigerian region.

Based in Lagos, you will be responsible for delivering the revenue budget for the region, gaining maximum value for the airline from our Corporate and Leisure SME programme by engaging in sales and marketing activities to drive acquisition and account activation.

Specific Accountabilities include:

·       Responsible for the account portfolio, reviewing sales data and managing accounts to drive revenue and seek tactical opportunities for Qatar Airways.

·       Design sales initiatives and campaigns to drive corporate and leisure acquisition and increase activation from existing accounts.

·       Provide support to all corporate and leisure customers including onboarding and account queries.

·       Review revenue performance for key SME customers, submit sales call plans, sales reports, CRM via Salesforce to progress those accounts through the Corporate and Leisure pipeline.

·       Drive awareness by promoting campaigns and ensuring maximum publicity through media coverage, in coordination with relevant stakeholders in Head Office, Qatar.

·       Provide market intelligence, feedback programme concerns and recommend corrective action and solutions.

·       Advise trade and corporate teams on forthcoming product developments and special promotions.

·       Represent Qatar Airways as the ambassador at trade exhibitions and relevant corporate/leisure events.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

·       Experience in a commercial, customer-facing role (aviation/travel preferred)

·       Knowledge of GDS, ticketing, Salesforce and sales systems. Excellent analytical skill, ability to interpret data and trends

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·       Proficiency in MS Office + fluent English

You must also have the current right to live and work in Nigeria to be considered for this role.
