About the role:
· The role will be responsible to provide operational and maintenance support for the Airfield Lighting System to ensure reliable and safe operations. Also, responsible to monitor and supervise the performance of Airfield lighting maintenance equipment and staff, adhering to standard requirements and operational needs.
· The role will plan, organize, and provide engineering support for the operation, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting and repair of all Airfield Lighting Infrastructure including FOD Radar and Non – AGL building systems to ensure smooth operations and maintenance.
· To study the shift activities & complaints regarding the system failures and update or discuss with Manager Airfield System Infrastructure and to take appropriate & necessary actions required to complete the tasks during the shift without and maintain operations.
· Will analyze the breakdown events and AGL field equipment status to ensure proper operation of the AGL field infrastructure & brief the breakdown/faults to AGL- Technical Officer / Supervisor or technical staff to direct them towards the correct actions to minimize downtime.
· To ensure adhering to the standard practices of quality & safety management system, maintain the AGL field infrastructure and AGL Substations equipment and systems through necessary software & hardware tools to keep the system operational.
· Monitor periodic maintenance activities on electrical equipment, components, and other building installations to ensure that all equipment is in good working order to prevent any disruption to operations.
Qualification
About You:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer science Engineering with experience in a modern SCADA, PLC system or computer-based airfield lighting systems used at airports
Relevant certification in Airfield Ground Lighting System
