About Your Job:

As a Senior Human Resource Assistant in Karachi you will be accountable for assisting the Human Resources Officer  and the Human Resource team  at Head Office level in providing a range of HR services to the organisation in the region in line with local rules and QR policies.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to providing a range of HR services to employees from providing full administration support to the Human Resource Department,assist in recruitment and selection process,maintaining and updating employee personal files,update employee leave records,assist in preperation of Management reports,work with internal and external parties on HR issues and to maintain confidentiality.

Working along with the station head you will coordinate and administer the regional training program whilst organising the training needs for other departments.

About You:

You will have minimum of Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years job related experience. 

You must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment to all levels in the organisation.Proficiency in English and Urdu is mandatory.

You will have the ability to build relationships and work well across functions and should demonstrate strong customer orientation as well as computer literacy in Microsoft Office.  You must communicate a ‘can do’ attitude and positive outlook.
