We are looking for Customer Services Agent (Arabic Speakers) with natural flair of delivering unforgettable service to all passengers travelling with Qatar Airways at Doha International Airport. This includes the feeling that the journey has been memorable throughout and be able to constantly and consistently meet / surpass the needs of the passengers. Fresh graduate with hospitality background are welcome, as well as applicants with work experience in the field of customer service, hotel and travel industry. Airport experience is an advantage but not necessary. Applicants must have warm, cheerful and expressive personality, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and can generously be patience with different passengers coming from different walks of life.
