Suitable applicants will be required to plan, monitor and control all activities relevant to Ramp Loading Section of Airside Operations Department which includes Manpower, equipment and facilities with the Duty Managers whilst safety and security procedures are adhered to set company standards.

You will be expected to maintain discipline & create awareness amongst the staff members about the company’s policy with regards to safety and security and represents the Ramp Loading Section of Qatar Aviation Service Airside Operations round the clock for all activities and queries from Airlines and achieve On Time Performance ensuring zero transportation delays.

The applicant should ensure that all airport operations are met within set standards and target KPI’s. Manage and monitor Investigation, safety and security checks and conduct daily briefing to staff members.  Also highlight discrepancies/non-compliances of Standard Operating Procedures / Services lapses, if any with corrective action and recommendation of preventive measures. Submit shift performance report at the end of the shift profiling the operations at each area of Ramp Loading Section and Airside Operations.
