About the Job:

As a System Transition & Implementation Officer, you will coordinate the transition and implementation of various projects of the CROMIS cargo system and support in the implementation and delivery in compliance with the scope. 

Accountability: 

Operational:

  • Participate in the Documentation, Testing and Implementation of specific projects in CROMIS cargo system.
  • Coordinate with business owners on the requirement discussions and implementation roadmap.
  • Ensure transition is carried out through the defined phases fully complying with project requirements, OR cargo processes and procedures.
  • Ensure implementation of the system meets agreed requirements and business expectations, migrate reference data completely as per business requirements, and solutions are adequately tested before go live.
  • Ensure SOPs for transition and implementation are formalized, documented and signed off by all parties included.

Analyze cargo department requirements from time to time during the transition and define solutions meeting those requirements and systems specifications.

 

About You:

You will need to hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent thereof and a minimum of 4 years of job related experience. Past experience in project management and transition is a must. It is essential that you have job specific skills like Application support and business analysis.

It is preferred that you have a good understanding and knowledge in air cargo domain especially reservations, revenue management, pricing and interlines.

It is essential that you will have good communication and presentation skills.
