Fresh graduate with hospitality background are welcome, as well as candidates with work experience in the field of customer service, hotel and travel industry. Contact Centre experience is an advantage but not a must. You should have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer services in an airline/travel industry or other work area with a hospitality focus.
You are warm, cheerful, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and can generously be patient to deal with different passengers coming from different walks of life. You have pleasing personality and possess excellent Arabic communication. The role requires you to work on shift.
