In this role you will be responsible for participating in HR investigations involving high profile and complex cases. You will direct, lead and standardise HR investigation activities including policies and procedures across the QR Group. You will act as a central point for all investigation to receive, distribute, analyse and resolve complaints. It will be your job to manage and ensure monitoring and auditing are taking place regularly.
You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR on performance management and disciplinary issues as well as terminations. Your policies and procedures will be followed by all HR and business managers. You will identify the weakness of current processes and recommend enhancements.
You will be working closely with HR Business partners, corporate security, corporate legal and internal audit on investigations, ethics compliance and risk management and advise senior management on investigation outcomes and make recommendations. You will be the central point for investigations, receive, log, control and monitor to ensure fairness and standard of conducting the investigations.
