About Your Job:

In this role, you will execute developments and marketing activities on qatarairways.com website in Serbia. You will maintain the position as key direct sales channel of the airline and drive qualified traffic to the website in order to increase conversion rate and achieve revenue targets.

The focus of this role will be to support and implement sales and marketing activities, update site content and monitor any technical issues that may come up. You will increase sales, strengthen strategic online partnerships and improve overall customer experience on qatarairways.com in Serbia.

Specific responsibilities of the role includes:

1) Planning and implementing of promotional offer, value adds and ancillary product propositions to achieve revenue and yield improvement;

2) Designing and managing the online marketing activity using PPC, SEO, viral, display, email marketing and affiliate campaigns whilst ensuring the delivery of all campaign applications on time, to budget and the highest standard;

3) Working with partner sites to maximise online referrals within the business;

4) Analysing web traffic and actively promoting the use of emerging technologies.

*Please note that the employment terms for this role is for 12 months (Starting May 2018 until April 2019).

 

About You:

The successful candidate for this role must hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or E-commerce with a minimum of 3 year of job-related experience. It is important to have B2C marketing experience/ online travel retail experience preferably from travel industry.

You must have demonstrated experience in managing at least 2 of the following areas: Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing, Affiliate Programs, account management of online marketing partnerships, Display advertising and Social Media. Further to this you are able to take direction from global offices as well as head office to reach a common goal.

You must be a self-starter, strongly motivated and has excellent communication skills. Attention to details and knowledge of best practice web designs are essential to be successful in this role.
