As OTA Sales Support Officer you will support the Manager OTA & Retail Sales in driving revenue performance from Global OTA partners. You will prepare data for monthly account management with OTA partners, prepare account review documents and monitor the implementations of actions. You will also create weekly and monthly reports and further analyse data to correct negative trends. You will build strong relationships and coordinate communication between Global OTA Sales Team, Field Leisure Sales Teams, Revenue Management/Pricing and Marketing.
You will also assist in strategy implementation with OTA partners through monitoring of TO fares used in dynamics packaging purposes; you will participate in monitoring performance by analysing weekly sales. You will also be responsible for coordinating, contract designing and follow up on all issues related to finalization of OTA related contracts with Contracts & Legal Department.
