To be successful in this role, you will manage and deliver the provision of comprehensive Cabin Crew recruitment services. Recommend and implement tactical recruitment initiatives and contribute to the establishment of new selection methodologies; to drive continuous improvement in the efficiencies and service levels to the Customer Service Delivery Department; to plan and manage the team and the day-to-day activities of the Cabin Crew Recruitment Section.
You will also develop recruitment initiatives and strategies directly relating to the section in conjunction with the SVP Cabin Services, and contribute to strategy planning for the overall Recruitment Department. This includes exploring and recommending new practices and processes, uses of technology, and replacing and/or integrating more traditional recruitment methodologies with e-Recruitment tools and web based solutions to achieve cost-effective employment goals.
Measures will include the constant enhancement of the Section’s service through fulfilment of the agreed strategic objectives. Plus the introduction of an annually agreed number of new initiatives.
