About Your Job:

In this role, you will be responsible for developing medium and long-term strategic initiatives, working on day-to-day functions, projects and ad hoc tasks across the division. You will manage analysis and data gathering requests, ensuring your team perform sound analytical processing and comprehensive market research to support decision-making.  You will also, through your team, formulate and deliver recommendations to the department, management and the rest of the business.

Specific accountabilities include:

  • Creating and managing a portfolio of partnership accounts
  • Identifying new potential partnerships suitable to enhancing Qatar’s network reach and market presence, through manager’s own informed analysis
  • Continuously identifying ways to unlock and/or enhance value with existing partnerships and implement seamlessly pan organisation
  • Ensuring compliance with partnership requirements, including contractual and legislative
  • Preparing and presenting to management business cases and project manage any related implementation (including monitoring expected benefits)
  • Facilitating meetings and working groups, within or outside the organisation as required
  • Promoting, managing and organising Alliance and Partnership initiatives across the company, both with internal and external stakeholders


About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelors degree and Advanced degree within a relevant field (such as Business, Commerce, Legal, Mathematics/Statistics or Aviation).  You will need a minimum of five years of job-related experience including a comprehensive understanding of commercial aviation economics, strategic planning and business management. Project and contract management experience and knowledge is also required.
