In this role you will be responsible for providing support to the Operational teams relating to the utilisation and the smooth running of the automated ULD and Cage store systems and their associated equipment.
You will be the focal point for the reporting of any faults/breakdowns within the system and for ensuring that the necessary action is taken to minimize the impact to the operational performance. You will represent the key link between the users of the systems and the operational management and maintenance teams by keeping all parties up to date with regular progress reports on faults/breakdowns /equipment status reports.
You will coordinate the CWIS systems and EDS RC screens to detect any fault alarms and take corrective action. Receiving and logging all system related faults/breakdowns and communication to Maintenance/Reactive teams to attend, assess and repair fault/breakdown.
You will be responsible for assessing the status of the systems and recognizing any potential issues, analyse and make decisions to avoid potential disruption/delay to the operational areas that could cause impact to consignment delays. Moreover, you will be communicating progress reports for all faults/breakdown of equipment to the relevant parties in a timely manner (SLA).
