You will have a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of job-related experience. A minimum of 3 years experience in HR Business Partner responsibilities is required. The preferred candidate will have airline/aviation experience in a HR capacity supporting flight deck / flight operations workforce.
You will have had exposure to range of HR and general business disciplines and be able to develop strategic initiatives as well as implementing processes and operational solutions.
You will have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organisation. Actively interested in what’s going on with a questioning attitude and willingness to learn.
We need you to have strong influencing skills, strong leadership experience and innovative mindset. You must be able to engage, inspire and influence people as well as being able to drive solutions whenever required.
Strong analytical abilities, excellent facilitation skills and strong project management skills are also an important requirement of the role.
