To be successful in this role you will need minimum Secondary School education, a University degree is preferred. Minimum of 2 year experience in customer service in an Airline / Travel Industry/ Hospitality. Prior airline reservations experience is preferred. IATA /Airline basic tariff courses also preferred.
You should have excellent computer and mathematical skills, fair knowledge of the world's Geography and excellent English language ability; both spoken and written.
You will also be required to be legally allowed to work in the USA.
