About Your Job:

The role will support the core operations of Corporate Services and will be deputized to manage any of the areas which include but not limited to Utilities, Procurement & Contracts, Asset Management, General Administration, Finance, Human Resources, IT Systems Development, etc

The role requires the candidate to be multi skilled and adapt to any dynamic operational changes and should have the ability to take on any tasks. You should be an independent worker with minimum supervision. You will need to ensure timelines are met to meet organizational demands. This is a Supervisory role, hence excellent Communication and Business Correspondence skills is expected. You will need to delegate as well as work directly on certain tasks for the deliverables to be submitted on time and based on certain portfolios would need to be directly managed by you. You should be able to do report writing as per the administrative task assigned. The primary role requires the person to manage the Accounts payable function, hence attention to detail and documentation control is a pre-requisite for the role. The role also demands assistance in other areas of Finance which includes business analysis, obtaining statistical data, assist in budget preparation, raise CMC, etc. The role requires liaison internally and externally

About You:

You should hold Bachelor Degree with minimum 4-6 years of job related experience. You should have hands on experience in Facilities Management of a Corporate House/ Airline Industry. You should be proficient with use of Automated Management System (Oracles, SAP, others). You should have worked at a Middle Management / Supervisory level managing a multi – cultural environment. You should have excellent communication skills to set clear direction in delegating and managing work flow. Master’s Degree holder and experience within Gulf Countries will be advantageous
