You should hold a Trade or vocational qualification with minimum 4 years of job related experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience within Hotel, Hospitality or Residential Facilities maintenance operations.
We are looking for someone with the knowledge of property management principles, procedures and standards with excellent people management skills as the job involves managing Service Provider personnel and staff staying in company accommodation. You should have excellent knowledge in maintenance works for electrical, plumbing, drainage and air condition is a must. Diploma Certification in an electrical / mechanical field will be an added advantage. The right candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills along with ability to multi task and prioritise.
