You will have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of HR Generalist experience with a strong focus on performance management, organisational design, engagement and employee relations.
Strong experience working as a Senior HR Business Partner is preferred. You will have exposure to range of HR and general business disciplines and be able to develop strategic initiatives as well as implementing processes and operational solutions.
You will have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organisation. You will have a strong sense of business acumen with a questioning attitude and willingness to learn.
We need you to have strong influencing skills, strong leadership ability and innovative mindset. You must be able to engage, inspire and influence people as well as being able to drive solutions whenever required.
Strong analytical abilities, excellent facilitation skills and strong project management skills are also an important requirement of the role.
