We’re aware that various individuals and organisations offer false employment opportunities with Qatar Airways Group in an attempt to gain personal information and money from potential applicants.

We take recruitment fraud very seriously and want to make you aware of potential risks, to help stop you falling victim to such schemes.


If you suspect you have been contacted by someone falsely claiming to recruit for Qatar Airways Group, please ignore any request for money or personal information and report it along with all accompanying e-mails and documents.


WHAT IS RECRUITMENT FRAUD 
Recruitment fraud is a sophisticated scheme that offers false employment opportunities to people. This type of fraud typically uses online services such as false websites, unsolicited emails, phone calls, texts and offer letters claiming to be from Qatar Airways Group.

HOW TO IDENTIFY RECRUITMENT FRAUD 
Here are a number of warning signs you should be aware of:
QATAR AIRWAYS GROUP WILL NEVER 
We will never request you to e-mail information to a common e-mail address such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail
Regardless of the origin of the e-mail, you should always question the authenticity of any unsolicited e-mails seeking money or personal details, irrespective of the e-mail address.

We will never make job offers without performing a formal interview process.

We will never request any payment from prospective candidates to obtain work visas, pre-employment medical checks or any other documents. 


WHAT SHOULD I DO? 
Please be vigilant to fraudulent activity and do not send money or pass any personal details to anyone suggesting they can provide employment with Qatar Airways Group. If you have applied for a position through a legitimate channel, we will have the information needed.
