Job Purpose:
Assist in the Uniform Store daily operations by performing a variety of stock handling of returned old uniforms and housekeeping duties.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in Uniform Store daily operations including stock keeping, shelving, and handling of returned used uniforms.
- Receive, sort, and double-check the condition of all returned used uniforms following the disposal process.
- Ensure shredding schedules are completed as per Uniform Store standards.
- Implement disposal, laundry, and store-keeping activities in accordance with operational SOPs.
- Segregate returned uniforms and allocate them for disposal as per SOP.
- Remove all branding from items allocated for charity and ensure they are laundered and packaged as per SOP.
- Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace; ensure high standards of cleanliness in the Uniform Store disposal room.
- Perform all duties in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Carry out any other related duties as assigned to ensure effective functioning of the unit.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualification
About You:
- High School graduation with Basic Literacy and Numeracy skills, English communication skills with Entry level roles - no prior job-related work experience
- Store keeping knowledge would be added advantage
- Command of the English language
- Ability to foster teamwork
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to process and handle confidential information and self-manage assignments
- Demonstrate good administrative capabilities
- May require heavy lifting
