The job holder will be responsible to support core operations and contribute to the strategic initiatives of the department. You will be required to make cost savings, improve business processes and product quality. Managing multiple functions which will include Property, Facilities and Transport Management.
You will be responsible for the administration,formulation and amendment of accommodation related policies and requirements. The position shall be accountable for providing accommodation as per company standards within stipulated time frames. The position holder will provide direct leadership to a team of support staff.
The job holder will have to manage the maintenance of Residential & Commercial Properties by assigning tasks to staff and will have to monitor Service Providers. You will have to manage projects for various buildings, manage relationships with building owners, prepare new lease contract terms and manage high stakeholders/tenants on all matters related to Facilities Management. You will need to monitor occupancy in various buildings in compliance with Company standards and policies with reviewing operation facilities. Assist in monitoring the Facilities Management contractual operational agreement, add value and increase productivity with making cost saving for the section. You will need to have experience in planning and managing relevant standard operating procedures for emergency planning. You will undertake regular site visit to properties and carry out inspections and be able to prepare site inspection reports. You must be able to plan, organise, direct, co-ordinate and supervise functions in a fast-paced in a changing facility environment. You will also be responsible to prepare annual budgets and deliver within the budgets.
