Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) - An Award-winning catering company, provides exclusive catering services to Qatar Airways and other airlines that service Doha International Airport.
About Your Job:

Selected candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, design, delivery, management and continuous improvement of operations training and development for Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC). 

Working with senior management team, align training and development with operational and stakeholders requirements as well as QACC aims.  Responsible for implementing initiatives to ensure that QACC is compliant with the relevant international and national standards set for maintaining an operationally effective Flight Catering unit. Responsible for imparting Training to all QACC Staff
About You:

Candidate should hold Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 to 2 years training management and delivery experience within the aviation/hospitality industry.

He/She holds 2 to 3 years customer service management experience in high volume environment with 1 to 2 years training management and delivery experience within the aviation/hospitality industry.
 
Candidate should have strong strategic planning skills, excellent training design and delivery skills. Should have ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with other stakeholders
