About Your Job:

In this role you will be required to provide means of transportation (wheelchair and buggy) assistance to passengers with special needs from the aircraft, baggage screening area, check-in counter, Transfer Area in accordance to the SOPs.

 

You will also be responsible to ensures disembarking passengers requiring special assistance are serviced and/or escorted to the arrival hall/lounge and cleared through all immigration, baggage claims (if any) and customs formalities, assist connecting passengers in carrying out check-in formalities at the transfer desk and escort passenger to the Customer Care lounge.

 

Based on operational requirement you could be allocated to cover different areas/tasks which will include but not be limited to pushing wheelchairs or driving buggies. 

About You:

To be eligible for this position you should be high school qualified with one year experience in airport passenger handling procedures, have knowledge in humanitarian assistance and on safety regulation. You must possess a valid Qatari Driving License with good oral and written communication skills in English language.  Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage.
