About Your Job:
The position holder will manage the development, publication & dissemination of Cabin Services standards and procedures that translate corporate goals, objectives and strategies into current and future on-board standards, thus, ensuring five star customer experiences.
Lead the Standards and Procedure team ensuring the effective delivery of internal service, customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the department’s product and services.
Build strong relationships with partner departments & external units to ensure in-flight services standards follow industry best practice and is aligned to current international trends
You should have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent, Post graduate qualification in Management, Aviation or F&B will be preferred. The candidate should have minimum 7 years of job-related experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role leading a team of direct reports.
Previous experience in managing the standards and procedures unit or service design team in an international airline would be preferred . Strong knowledge and understanding of international standards for on-board product e.g. a la carte dining, personalized services etc. is a must
