About Your Job:
Reporting to Lounge Services Supervisor you will primarily be working in Doha International Airport and performs rotating shift for 24 hours airport operation. In this role you will be responsible to provide consistent lounge service support to Lounge Services Supervisor and ensuring that guests are provided with the highest level of customer service at all times.
Your scope of work also includes providing efficient, courteous service and products to establish personal contact with the passengers. You must be proactive in discovering and anticipating passengers needs and deliver service and product to the satisfaction of the customers. You will also be required to assist with prompt and accurate completion of all reports, and be able to undertake various administrative functions and other duties as directed from time to time by the Lounge Supervisor
You must have completed minimum of High School Academic Qualification or Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management with minimum of 3 years of work experience in Frontline passenger handling / Hospitality Industry in which at least a year experience in a leadership role. You should have a strong understanding about Passenger Handling & Customer Services such as Introduction to Civil Aviation, Airport Passenger Handling and Check-in systems.
Excellent personnel development skills including team building, hands on approach to the daily operation, and excellent communication skills in spoken/written English, with proficiency on advanced computer applications are essential requirements of the job.
