About Your Job:

As HR Officer USA, you will provide sound interpretation and application of HR policies applying a broad base of human resources knowledge, judgment and initiative through a collaborative business partner approach to your 170 colleagues in USA.

Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager Americas and with a dotted line to the Country manager USA You will manage the HR agenda with a generalist hands on approach leading a small team based in other states.

You will lead the way in defining high level, professional service and deliveries with emphasis on accurate and timely processing of all matters relating to all HR activities within the area of responsibility. You will be accountable for the full spectrum of HR functions with key focus on HR policies and processes, 401K, L&D activities, performance management and reporting as well as implementation of corporate policies and processes.

About You:

You will have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, likely with a PHR certification. You must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment to all levels in the organisation.

You will also have the ability to build relationships and work well across functions and should demonstrate strong customer orientation being the key point of co-ordination between the Regional HR function and the field organisation. You must communicate a 'can do’ attitude and positive outlook.
