About Your Job:
In this role you will provide service excellence to Qatar Airways employees in relation to Government, and Employee services through phone, email, and fax. You will attend to staff queries, concerns, or complaints professionally, and in a timely manner. You will also provide resolutions to inquiries at the first contact, and handle staff complains professionally.
To be successful in this role you will have a Diploma or a qualification in a relevant field, with 1 year customer service experience in an Airline industry, or Travel Industry preferably with government services experience. You will possess excellent communication, and time management skills, and be part of a team that is able to work under pressure and towards deadlines.
