The Manager, On-Job-Training works collaboratively with Business leaders and teams by proactively leading, consulting, influencing, developing, and coordinating the overall Technical Scholarship Programme within Qatar Airways.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging Trainee Engineers and improving their performance based on agreed action plans. You will work closely with Technical Training department and Line Managers to ensure smooth implementation of the OJT programme for the Trainee Engineers. You will also conduct quality assessments through regular meetings with Line Managers/Coaches and Trainee Engineers to ensure that the training objectives are achieved.
