About Your Job:

As a OJT Instructor B1/B2, you will be responsible to deliver and assess technical staff on aircraft   “On Job Training (OJT)”, Practical Training, Practical Working Environment and Aircraft Maintenance Experience. You will develop OJT & Practical Training Guide, documentation and syllabus in line with QR, Manufacturer, QA and QCAA/EASA Part 66/145 and 147 requirements You will provide practical training to gain competence using structured learning process in classroom, on aircraft, in shops hands-on using equipment, components and training devices. Also, conducts assessment to identify individual competency and understanding of Practical Elements and Tasks.

About You:

To be successful in this role you must have the following Qualification , Experience and Skills:

  •  ICAO type II or equivalent QCAA/EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers license
  • Minimum 2 Aircraft Type Authorisation Certifying Staff Approval on current existing fleet
  • At least 10 years of operational experience gained in an Aircraft Maintenance environment as Certifying staff
  • Minimum 5 years in similar role is preferable in technical training environment
  • EASA Part 147 approved type training with at least two aircraft types on current existing fleert
  • Strong interpersonal and communicating skills
  • Have the capability to make trainees feel at ease by being constructive
