Ideally you must have a culinary education background. Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management/Catering certificate in Bakery or 7-10years in a hotel bakery in a similiar position or higher position.
You should have excellent communication skills in English with a basic knowledge of Computer applications (MS Office).
You must hold a minimum 3 years experience as a senior chef in Air Catering unit/Hotel Industry. Preferably worked as a Demie Chef De Partie for atleast 2 to 4 years.
