Department:

The Sr. Officer Staff Travel acts as a direct liaison with QR staff to provide them with a consistently high quality travel services and timely responses to queries and requests.

You consistently provide cost effective solutions to travel queries and requests.

You act as deputy for Manager Staff Travel as and when required.

You will oversee staff travel operations ensuring that the day to day functioning of the unit reflects QR 5 star standard. Preparing the roster for the adequate staffing at various locations will also be assigned to you. Looking for the most cost effective way at the highest service level standards should be your main focus. You will make sure that all audits coupons for the tickets are reported to revenue accounts on daily basis. You will establish the teams’ objectives in alignment with the business requirements. Building and maintaining good relationship with stakeholders is an important part of your role.

Person:

We are looking for applicants with strong communication skills who have the ability to influence and recommend new ideas for improvements at all levels. Your leadership skills are crucial to excel in this role.

You will also hold a Bachelor’s degree along with IATA certification. A minimum of 7 years of job related experience is essential to be able to perform. You have to possess advance knowledge in reservation and ticketing in addition to itinerary planning and world geography.
