Delivering the highest level of Customer Service at all customer touch points and representing as a brand ambassador at all times.
Constant liaison and overseeing with Check-in, Boarding Gates, Ramp activities, Dispatch duties, Cargo logistics, and Lounge.
Supervising service partners activities for the smooth acceptance of passengers and highlighting non-compliance where appropriate.
Directing arriving/peparting passengers to respective areas such as arrival Hall, check-in areas, departure gates and lounges.
Coordinating with the GHA flight operations department to ensure that all cargo, fuelling, baggage make up Areas, aircraft loading team are fully compliant to QR expectations to achieve a smooth turnaround.
Performing pre and post-flight administration duties.
Handling baggage claims with coordination with the QR Airport Services Supervisor.
