To be considered in this role you must hold a relevant College or University qualification to a min. Bachelor's level or equivalent and have a least 5 years of relevant experience. You will have also attended an Advanced level course on WorldTracer System, preferably SITA and have good desktop application ability including Microsoft Office, the intranet and internet functionality.
Fluency in spoken/written English, with extensive overall knowledge of all areas of airline / airport / ground handling operations are essential requirements of the job. Also required is your ability to multitask, prioritize work and work under pressure. You should have managerial ability and be able to delegate work, set direction and manage workflow.
